why is there no way to restart the stats? This would be a nice addition to the statsmenu. how do I delete them? I deleted geoip.cfg and csstat.dat...no results.

Goto your servers control panel and stop the server. Then hit up the FTP and then delete the csstats.dat file then restart the server. If you do this while the server is running it will never work.

If you are running a dedicated from your house just stop the server then in your dedicated server folder find the same csstats.dat and delete it then run your dedicated server again.

Alternately you can do what normal people do and set the csstats_reset to 1 so that they reset on next map change. ;)

He is already familiar with the steps as I described them. He just forgot or neglected one variable. With my answer he needs no further information.

I am betting he has zero idea of even where to input that command or even how to begin the string to obtain that result.
