some other possibilites to explain repeat downloads is the following

1) bad/ corrupt .bz2 in redirects
2) mistake in path in bosses' config or it not listed in download section of said config

I would look in my clients folder and see if I actuall ever got the file in question. The file that keeps downloading ( or looking like it's downloading ) probably is not there

what boss are we talking about?

Is it just my server or if anybody use the "retry" console command and you will lose the load-out server connection?

That also happens to my server. I fixed it by telling players to switch any weapons or hats,misc in their loadout, then switch classes.
