Updated this plugin to fix the broken messages in TF2. A few of you are requesting CSGO support. I don't run a CSGO server myself so what sorts of messages are you looking to be blocked?

Seems that this updated version is spamming my console (server side) with multiple lines from the Advertisments plugin or the things its supposed to fire off.
