Answered below, and plugin name is Sawn-Off Shotgun, which I don't recommend because it's badly coded, I coded it like a bullshit.

You can search the terms "Nemesis Rocket Launcher" and "Sawn-Off Shotgun" (on unapproved plugins) and then you'll find it.
