What's the output of 'meta list', 'sm plugins list' and 'sm version'?

did you happen to change anything in the internal arena config? basically its getting stuck at awaiting for players to join.
i had to add
mp_waitingforplayers_restart 1
mp_waitingforplayers_cancel 1

to my arena config for the game to start, which i don't really like to do since it makes it a 1 vs 1 round for the 1st round.

maybe my config messed up in one of the recent updates and it was overwritten, but i dont remember having anything but my hostname in my arena config and it worked fine off the internal arena settings.

Nope my arena config is completely blank

All PH does is
PHP Code:
SetConVarInt(FindConVar("mp_waitingforplayers_time"), 40true); 
and it's done that since at least 1.6 :/

ya i was looking in the source it looks like its all setup properly, i dont know where its going wrong that it just gets stuck

one other bug noticed i suppose, props can wear badges. so kinda easy to spot atm, unless the player knows and turns them off.

doesn't happen everytime but also sometimes when scouts spawn, they spawn with their shotgun, and are instantly killed , only 1 scout survives.

from my players. they say its something to do with suiciding during round setup. but we havent determined exactly when

Yeah, we're not quite sure how to hide badges atm. They don't seem to exist as separate entities, or rather an entity spawn hook doesn't pick up anything extra.

Says so in the Change log. Edit: Hides them for both teams.

Edit: Just updated my server. Does /propmenu not work anymore? I have it enabled in arena_config.
Also When it first went up me and one other joined. I could see his hat and badge. After that first round we didn't have that problem. I left mine equipped, but it wasn't seen on me or him afterward.
