Yea I noticed that too McKay (or maybe I should call you Rodney, or Meredith ) but upon seeing that Internal Server Error I immediately attributed it to PHP not being enabled. It may be more to do with file permissions perhaps.

Anything in the /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log file, iveyz80?

Rather, try to find any logs that may pertain to your web server please. (I forget you may not have that exact directory or even Apache)

Huh. I just found out that SourceBans works with HostGator.

I'm not a big fan of hostgator. I've tried running sites off them, and they just didn't work all that well.

Really? What problems have you had?

I just recently switched from a VPS to HostGator reseller hosting since I got tired of the maintenance required in running a VPS. Plus, it came out cheaper to get HostGator with the free WHMCS offer than to have a VPS and pay for WHMCS, too.

I am on them too at the moment and the shared hosting is just too much hassle to work with in terms of establishing outside DB connections so I just moved all the DB-related features back to the game server itself.

Huh? For me, it was as simple as
  1. Create database, set up user
  2. Remote MySQL >> add game server IPs
  3. databases.cfg >> configure

Maybe there's a difference between the reseller and regular shared servers?

Yes there is. Shared hosting doesn't allow inbound DB connections.
