Found your problem: set sm_umc_endvote_threshold cvar in umc-endvote.cfg to something greater than zero. In your case, you probably want to set it to ".5".

I started using this plugin a few weeks ago along with Powerlord's builtin votes extension.
During this time quite a number of users have repeatedly reported that when a map run-off vote occurs they are not seeing the vote menu, and that the run-off vote wins with only a few, say 1 to 4, people getting to vote.

They are seeing the initial vote menu, but not the run-off menu.

There is absolutely nothing in the error log file relating to UMC or builtin votes.

There is a bug in the current version of UMC that enables selective runoff votes regardless of your setting. This will be fixed in the next version (which I plan on releasing soon).

My server still crashing with the problem i mentioned before.

Will updating buildin votes help?

It couldn't hurt.

There was an issue with the extension crashing sometimes when reloaded that was related to cvar handling; it's possible that it caused other crashes as well and I just wasn't seeing them on my server.

There's another crash on reload bug that I'm trying to track down now... that appears to be related to OnClientDisconnect handler of all things.

I am looking,for a some time,the plugin that have one option like in this plugin,but I cant find it

"Runoff Votes
If a vote ends and the winning option doesn't have a majority, then another vote will be held between the winners (until there is a majority)."

-I need it for CS 1.6 server

Someone know the plugin with this option?

Steell, any ideas as to why UMC is excluding map groups in RTVs on one of my servers that has a different rotation layout from the rest? http://forums.alliedmods.net/showpos...postcount=2220

It's odd. Double check and make sure that server is running the same modules as your other servers.
