I don't know much about this but that looks just like a successful start up. Check your server version and whether or not you have an auto exec Or cfg.

after the server is hibernating message, it then proceed and says a bunch of text that is fast and the window is gone. please help

"Failed to find SRCDS fixup function"
After that console closes.
In this site version is 475, on my PC version is 473, but I've got no updates of Dota. What you can advise for me?

Try this pack
Put it in your dota 2 beta folder and delete dota 2 beta\dota\cfg\autoexec.cfg

i tried it with clear client and it is working right now.
