MULTILINGUAL can include English. Just because english is the main language on these forums does not mean someone can not speak english in the multilingual forum, and who says I can not speak another language or a little bit of another language. I just do not speak spanish.

No, multilingual doesn't include English... you have ALL the forums in english, this subforum is for OTHERS languages.
