Why is this discussion still going on after BAILOPAN has already given a pretty clear explanation/response to it?.

I can't see the point of these.
First one: Oh yeah, someone used non-steam, but what happen if that person is now totally legal, and don't want to use non steam anymore? Will he/she get banned anyways? Wow, nice idea.
Second one: Another useless pointing. In some cases (and why not, every case) you can't avoid this. Your friend uses non steam, but you can't force him to delete the game, and also, if in your country there are no laws to avoid illegal software, there is NOTHING you can do.

some rules are really not good...peoples change man,what when you sai that you have friends (internet or in real life) that uses non steam ?! wtf ?

@connor you idea is not soo good to...maybe the person want's it to bann a hacker that changes his ip every time..etc

IMO you should do a script and autoban in AMXMODX 1.8.2 every steamid from who has posted in 'other' forum.

Oh wait, they don't have one
