Good question, i suggest you to test it for 2 or 3 rounds, only kill "teamates" and see if your rank increase.

I have another server with FF. I'm trying to disable "XX attacked a teammate." message wich is not shown using FFA.
I was reading source code to try to do it by myself, but I couldn't figure out how you do it. Would you help me please?
