3 plugin to make 1 plugin. Not so much usage.

It will be less lagg, thought it's probably so minimal that you won't notice it anyway. But if you've ten plugins that are using the same forward, in theory it's faster that the foward is called only once. The effect would be obviously largest in often called forwards like addtofullpack and prethink.
