I searched and found nothing so..... here is my problem i had meta mod and sm running fine and have installed before with no problems but for some reason my server will not run meta mod i know i installed correctly so thats out of the question and gameinfo.txt is modified correctly because its how i had it when meta was running before. What can i do to trouble shoot this? I have tried to install 5 times now

Try to load Metamod via .vdf file, you can create one here ----> http://www.sourcemm.net/vdf

Copy the .vdf file under your Addons folder, restart the server, and you're done.

You sure metamod isn't loading correctly? If you type meta list in the server console, does it say unknown command or does it list a few plugins.

For the .vdf file, make sure you've chosen the right OS and the gametype.

The metamod.vdf file needs to be placed in ./addons

The bin files for metamod need to be placed in ./addons/metamod/bin

Make sure your file structure lines up.

I'm 100% the vdf is correct and the right files are in the right place like I said I have installed times before with no problems but all the sudden it just won't work. And meta is not working what so ever meta is an unknown command in console no matter how I put it meta list or meta version I cannot get it what so ever. its driving me insane and also the server owned and all clan members are out a server without this and I can't fix it!

Delete your addons folder and download the mm-sm.rar attachment. Extract it and upload it to your ./cstrike/ folder with the same file structure. If you simply drop the contents into the ./cstrike/ folder the file structure will be correct.

If this doesn't work, I suggest doing a complete reinstall of the server and trying again.
