Replace equali() with equal(), containi() with contain().

I know in which file the error lies. I am using amx bans - so my admin.amxx is disabled and amxbans_admin.amxx is enabled. I don't know how did that skip my mind.
So what should I modify in amxbans file to have case in-sensitivity ( ADMIN aDmin ADmIN - I want them all to be treated as the same )

He uses the admins.amxx from amxbans and I doubt the 'k' flag is integrated.
