Not that I am en expert but check to make sure you folder structure is set up properly on redirect. Working fine for me regarding redirect.

People like the idea...have it on an achievement server so it seems know one really notices or cares about fps drop, but I haven't actually noticed much myself.

That does remind me...if you download hats.zip from here there is one difference...on my server at least it is:

/addons/sourcemod/configs/ CONFIGS not config...cause in hats.zip it is:
/addons/sourcemod/config NO S

so therefore your server may be using old tf2_itemlist.cfg still which doesn't have the new hats added

Also getting some reports of crazy FPS loss whilst the latest version is running, had it once myself with the latest version also. Never noticed it in old version

hmm i haven't had any. I just reinstalled the actual server as well as sourcemod and everything.

Yeah guys like saying didn't notice much fps drop from plugin...BUT I was trying to add some stuff using tut...first one being vaderhelmut but running into more questions than answers. Did get it sort of displaying first time. I could compile etc but alittle confused what should all go into vmt file I think...cause after looking at test ones and say for instance vaderhelmut one which uses pyro I am not sure one paths, names, etc.

Any clarification or perhaps a link to alittle more detailed tut. Or better yet anyone have some they want to post in forums?

the vmt files work with the vtf's they tell the game what to use the vtfs for. Look at any models vmt file and that'll give you a good place to start.

Isn't this using them exactly as they were intended? it's not like we're using your models and editing them and saying we created them.

I have looked but the vtm and vtf files which come with someone of the linked hats etc are very different format and names etc...anyhow I will spend alittle more time on it when have more of it.
