Is it possible to set a user speed in zombie plague by using this codes ?

Because i try it but didn't works.

And I notice that.... when I change Raptor zombie speed to 600u/s, when it run in straight line.... its velocity is 400u/s but when strafing It boost to 570u/s, why is this?
