[SUGGEST] -Wounded Breaths and Heartbeat-

This should explain what i have to suggest

-If you have an X Amount of your HP rest
these Sounds should add more Realism.

-Say at 25 HP the heartbeat.wav Sound should
be startet (and be looped!) till you died or the Round ends.

-The breath*.wav sounds should be randomly picked up
and be played to the woundet person and to everyone else
whose is near that person (rangesettings?) this is all
