That make's no sense. Here's what would happen:

1. Read value from cvar into string variable (get_cvar_string)
2. Convert string variable to an integer value (so it can be incremented +1)
3. Add one to integer variable
4. Convert integer back to a string so it can be used with set_cvar_string
5. Set string value to cvar (set_cvar_string)
