Can you post your configuration file, are those guys admins in any way shape or form? I believe the debug build should have admin immunity details too.

Rothgar, Can this be made to work properly in TF2's arena mode? Currently when they're switched, they get kicked to "Waiting to play..." instead of "Spectator"

How does Arena mode work? I believe Sudden death was fixed.

Arena in TF2 is basically "basic deathmatch sudden death with a point in the middle". As an added bonus: Teams cannot be unbalanced, so if there's an extra person or someone has joined mid-round, they get placed in the "Waiting to Play" queue, in which they can spectate until the round ends. I assume it's some kind of subset of the spectator team, but I don't know how it works exactly heh. When someone gets switched to spec for being AFK with the plugin, it just sends them to 'Waiting for Players', so as soon as the next round starts they get dumped back into the fray only to get switched again after another _X_ seconds :/

None of the people listed below are admins in anyway, they also don't have reserved slots etc.

I originally had this setting at 22 or 23 and it wouldn't kick anyone, when i changed it to 1 it will randomly kick a spec after a long time instead of 240 seconds usually or sometimes not at all.

I finally had to uninstall it today since i had 5 specs and the majority of the time nobody is being kicked. the debug log only showed someone getting moved to spec and then their client id never appeared again.

If you enable debug and join the server to test on yourself for example it will provide a lot of messages.

It may even say what happens after someone gets moved to spectator like maybe a timer is getting closed or something, or maybe your server time sync is bad or something weird...

Each timer check should be a 5 second interval. Debug will provide a lot of useful information. That is compiling the plugin with _DEBUG set to 1 in the Source-code before compile not using sm debug command.

maybe it's using the spectator team? Not too sure can you play around with the "sm_afk_test" command if you have root privileges and see what the team numbers are coming back at in the Waiting team and Spectator?

I just tried to get the team numbers with eventrscripts. unfortunatly it shows teamnumber 1 for spectators _and_ for people waiting to fight.
maybe its an other variable

There is an "sm_afk_test" command that is built into the script at the moment.

I think they sound like they are both going to be the Spectator team and then maybe there's an offset or something to distinguish them.

sm_afk_test
is an "unknown command" for server console and client console as well. please explain exactly what I need to do. I'm realy willing to help you fixing the problems with arena mode!
