[ANY] Simple Chat Blocker

This plugin simply block chatting on server. Also, I think, it should be clarified that this is my first SourceMod plugin. I only have had AMXx knowledge before.

.: CVARs :.
sm_chat_block "1" - Turns Plugin On/Off.
sm_chat_block_message "1" - Enable/disable 'not' message while try chatting.
sm_chat_block_immunity "1" - Enable/disable chat only for server admins.

I cannot imagine a reason why should we block a chat in game, especialy with all commands like !quake, bet, voteban and so on...

Well, I'm just registering "say" and "say_team" commands. Since those have nothing to do with commands like "say /admin", the last one should work anyways.

I would be willing to pay for a plugin that mutes everyone in game when an certain admin(s) were talking. I can't tell you how annoying it is for me.. Would you be able to write some like that or know someone who could.?

Yeah I was just going to say...I could see use for it in certain servers for certain reasons.

If you wanted to mute everyone so an admin could talk, this would be a way to.

I am a bit confused What this does. Is it for voice chatting or type chat.? and What does "'not' message while try chatting" mean exactly?
I think i can use it if you mean voice chatting. Chatting can be took as both so just trying to get some clarification.
