This plugin is a plugin that keeps banned players stored in a sql database. Combined with sqlstats you can keep banned players out of stats as well.

All servers that have banned.cfg will update the db for their banned list. And when the map is changed server will query the db and add any cheaters from other servers you have installed with sql_bannedIDs.

This plugin will make it possible to centralize a banned list.

Nice I was waiting for this plug-in, maybe its for future suggestion: the reason why he or she is banned and for how long.

erm dude, i took a quick look at this and i'm really
wondering why you are including csstats?!

there's nothing specific of that module in the plugin
and as far as i know, csstats is outdated at all and replaced with csx.

#include <csstats>
is only @ compile time, no harm is done

i took my other plugin as a sample to start with

i only needed a way to store banned ids into sql db, as one stated amxbans might do the same and better (if so, i will change my other plugin (sqlstats) to use amxbans)
i'll take a look at is asap (but not now! )

When I completly diasble this plugin (uncomment in plugins.ini) I get the following errormessage (at serverstart)

Code:
L 06/22/2005 - 13:04:20: [MYSQL] DB Connection failed(1045): Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: NO)
Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: NO)
Even at mapchange it makes the server crush, outputin the same error.

Enabling the plugin and everything runs fine...

Why and how can I fix it?

Thx in advance,
Curry

I don't see a point in this:
A) To unban someone you have to shut down the server, delete them from the table, then delete them from banned.cfg, if you use this on multiple servers.

B) AmxBans does all this and more.
