I got the model problem fixed but now sm_admin wont work. I reloaded sourcemod and still nothing. I also retyped my id in AdminsSimple.ini
It wont open and I need it to moderate my server

"It won't open" doesn't really help us.

What happens when you try?
Are there errors in the console?
Are there errors in the logs?

It says it does not recognize the command sm_admin
Nothing happens but the error in console
It was working earlier but it just randomly stopped.

If it doesn't recognize that command, it is most likely that SourceMod isn't running.

Using RCON, type "meta list" in console and show me what it says here.

No sourcemod works.

Sm, sm version and meta list all work i can even do sm_infectedspawnmenu and it brings up that menu but sm_admin just wont work.

I have had a problem like this too, I did a fresh install of the server, then installed latest versions of Metamod:Source & SourceMod.

Just to set the record straight, this is a lan server I play with a few guys via hamachi, I go through the internet to get authorised, I did buy the pack so I own all my steam software.

Once I setup the admin I tried the command out and it wouldn't work, I thought oh well I must have stuffed up the admin setup, so I checked it all and tried various methods and still nothing worked.

I was doing it with no password to make it easier, so in the end I added in a password and put setinfo _pwd password stuff in my autoexec.cfg and after a few times of restarting the server and changing my name and changing it back after I had redone the setinfo command it worked, and it has worked ever since without doing anything.

I pride myself in solving problems step by step but this one was one of those ones where it is too eratic to determine a cause at this time, probably through my own ignorance of how the server works.

Hope some of this has heped somebody.

I have noticed that as a fix for the problem if it is created by hosting the server on same machine, but in my instance I am hosting the server on a separate machine.

Is there a message when you try to open the menu? Anything in the console? Anything in the error logs?
