Free Defuser Kit

Description:

- When a CT is spawned, he get free defuser kit. You can set the color of defuser kit icon.


Cvars:

- free_defuser - 1 - enabled / 0 - disabled
- free_defuser_color - "0 160 0" - RGB Colors ( 0 160 0 - default color, green )
- removed flashing cvar because is useless while your defuser kit is in another color.

Modules:

- cstrike
- hamsandwich

hi tuty... I tested it right now... i set the color of the kit to be red.. when the rounds end and spawn me again the kit was green?!why ?

..and a didn't find any difference when chainning the flash effect to 0/1....?

EDIT: if you change the color into red on this round, you must wait for new round to change color.. ^.^

now i'm working on flash.. strange thing :\
