He replaced CellArray functions with CellTrie ones, that are faster for string lookup, specially on large data.

Just go into the .sma and change the MAX_BANS define so it will work for your version.

See my last post Exolent... The bans wont show public even with standard settings. Nothing is changed, only ban time up shows.

The problem is that you're supposed to change it in the amxx.cfg
