Made changes to the readme and the first thread to comply with AMX MOD X 1.0.

This plugin should be considered as is final as everything works if installed by what the readme and/or what the post say says.

This is because AMX MOD X 1.0 is final and will not release any new changes, only bug fixes to combat steam updates and bugs within the mod itself.

When I make changes in my /atacmenu it will not save them. (they go back to default on map change).. What can I do?

edit the atac.cfg file

I have this error in my log files, when someone tries to use this mod:

[AMXX] Run time error 10 (native) (plugin "amx_atac.amxx") - debug not enabled.
[AMXX] To enable debug mode, add " debug" after the plugin name in plugins.ini (without quotes).
