This could possibly be approved if you re-do the code and make new features for it. If you'd like PM Hawk552 for more information.
All you have to do is keep supporting this plugin and change the code then finally make new features for it then it might get set back to New Plugin Submissions.

I understand this is not approved, but would very much like to see this get approved, and supported on more maps.

I understand its tough to get something like this, and even tougher to get it right.
