It is fairly clear. There is a security issue and they are upgrading the site. Once that is done you will be able to get the plug-in once more.

Just be patient. Security issues such as this on a popular site are very serious. They will get it fixed and when they do you will be able to download again.

i need help with this because is this for amxx or amx or both...also do you need this plugin for the commands to be enabled or can you just use the commands w/o the plugin...im just confused on what exaclty this plugin does...can someone help me plz
