Could you try this ? It's a full working plugin.

I've added just a command to test. See Command_Spit() ; you have to use both functions ; the first to check if there are players and if you are allowed to shoot and the second to shoot the spit.
It works like you have asked ; ie spit will be shooted directly on the nearest and visible player. By default the shooter needs to be in a specific FOV ( 180° by default )
There are some #define to customize a bit at the top of .sma.
I can optimize some parts, just too lazy right now. I will do another day.
Tell me if you need to add/modify some things.

This was awesome , but one change

i use it on counter-strike , can you make it spit toward the enemy only ?
