[REQ] Freeze Tag For TF2 Arena Mode

I saw this on the TF2 forums, and I wanted to see if it could be done. Someone get with me if it seems feasible:

OMG I want to see this happen. I can just imagine it now. I used to play insta gib freeze tag in quake III arena.

Would actually be really easy to do. Would require something like Dukehacks so that you could prehook incoming damage, but aside from that wouldnt be hard at all.

I've got no programming skills but i'd diffenilty beta test this and help with ideas.
