for some reason i just updated to 1.0 and now i can use admin powers like amx_kick then player and stuff is says unknow command why?

If so, do amxx plugins in the server console also, and look to see if all plugins are running. if THAT is ok, then please show us your users.ini.

when you do amxx plugins, you must run that through rcon. Like rcon amxx plugins. I bet amxx is not installed properly, try the amxx 1.0 installer! It can even install on FTP.

i had this problem b4 i forget how i fixed it but i rembeber what i tried and one of those things worked.
First i need to see your
server.cfg (blank out ur rcon pass when u post it)
amxx.cfg
metamods plugin.ini
liblist.gam
users.ini
and list what other plugins your using and what version you have of them including the version of metamod.
