1. I hawe a question...
   ok.. lets say i hawe a plugin called monkey.smx
   if i put a plugin cfg in "/cstrike/addon/sourcemod/cfg/"
   monkey.cfg and hawe a comand there... monkey_enabled 0
   and in the "/cstrike/cfg/server.cfg" a hawe monkey_enabled 1
   What config does the server chose?
2. What comand is the comand thet the server use wen the server has started completly?
3. does ALL plugins make an cfg in /addon/sourcemod/cfg/ if theres no comand for the plugin in server.cfg?
4. If the plugin dose not make an cfg in /addon/sourcemod/cfg/ dose it work if i hawe a cfg with the same name as the .smx like the exempel...
   monkey.smx / monkey.cfg
5. if i hawe a cgf in /addon/sourcemod/cfg/ called monkey.cfg but the monkey.smx is in disabled folder.. dose the server exec the monkey.cfg

Wow that was a lot of question / not just one/ !

1. For thoose plugings that doesnt make a cfg file u can put ur cvars in any cfg file (i advice u to make the same name that the plugin name) and put a line at the end of the server cfg to exec them (like: exec monkey.cfg) If the pluging makes the cfg file the server will exec all of them in this way (i think) autoexec.cfg - server.cfg - than in alfabetical the others in ur cfg dir.

2. So u know it from the order.

3. The cfg's are usually auto created by the plugins (after a mapchange or server restart), but if they not, than u should choose the 1. option.

4. I dont think it will be executed. U should exec it from server.cfg.

Plugins do not automatically execute configs unless they are specifically coded to do so. Usually a plugin that does this will say so in its release thread here on the forums.
