Make the server say something each x seconds

Hey guys im just wondering if i could re-arrange my buy menu when you press m?

i've installed laser mines and Anti infection bomb and there at the bottom of the list
Meaning you have to press "More" to see it

How could i make them appear on the first page?

NEw question : does anyone know how to enable when you type /motd the motd shows up?

say every 30 seconds i want the server to say "Press m to buy things " etc.

Impossible, unless you actually put the sub-plugin into zombie plague, which would take a lot of work.

The better way is to only show items that u can buy , not show all items.

Well the menu if I am not mistaken and remember properly should not make items that you can not purchase because whether you are a zombie or human should not be colored yellow or what ever...but it has been a very long while since I last played this mod...

last question how do you make a file so the server says something like each x seconds?
like every 2 minutes the server says "press m to buy things" etc
