buttons not working in menu..

Hi I setup the sourcemod on all my L4D servers and it works, the menus work, but some of the buttons don't seem to work... right now 1-6 don't work in any menu... Not sure what the deal is... Any help?

Define dont work. When your press 5, it doesnt do anything? Could mean a bind problem which was discussed in another topic.

Yes this is what I was thinking it could be... A bind problem of some kind... But I wasn't sure what to search for on here... and yes the button does nothing... it's the same problem for me along with another admin of mine... 2 separate computers same problem...
