ok dudes is their any way posible to have a plugin or someway to make it if your server goes down(dedicated) that it will restart and run.

couse alot of the time my server goes down like every 3-4 hours and some times im not their to put it back up so if theirs a way to make the server automaticly turn on that would be awsome.

What you need is a good bios. One that will reboot the computer after power failure (or failure in general). Even with the XP blue screen of death the computer restarts. If you can have your computer restart every time it 'goes down' then you will be set. Just put your server file in your windows startup folder.

No a plug-in cannot be made to fix your OS software or your hardware problems. That relies on how good the computer is and how good you are on maintaining it (so it stays happy). If someone were to create a plug-in that could do this they would get very rich.

My suggestion to you is: If your server crashes that often, maybe you should not host a server until you can get a stable machine (plus it helps if it is fast and has lots of ram).

buddy i think hes talking about game server crashes meaning just the game server not the computer. my clan server crashes sometimes and its got some script that restarts it back up so i know what he is talking about

Lol... OK then that is a different story. Still, you might have software issues if your server crashes that often. Servers do not crash them selves (the last time I checked) unless something is wrong with the software or the setup.
