1) What is the bug?

I run a surf server with RPG (http://www.cssrpg.com), Deathmatch (http://www.bailopan.net/cssdm/), Sourcemod, and Metamod. I have loaded Sourcemod and RPG through metaplugins.ini. I have made sure that all of the latest versions are installed. The server crashes at random periods of time and creates mdmp error files.

2) Can you duplicate it, or does it happen at random for unknown reasons?

Random - Unknown Reason

3) Does it happen every time you play?

No, sometimes the server will run up to 24 hours, other times it will crash after 4 hours. Completely random.

4) Does it happen on a specific map?

No Specific map

5) Is this on a dedicated internet server?

Yes, dedicated Quad-Core (Q9300) Server with 4 GB of RAM.

6) Is the server rented? If so, from where?

I own the dedicated server. It runs on Windows 2003 server x64 bit. I have not had any problems with a vanilla install of Counter-Strike: Source.

Other Facts

The only errors sourcemod is logging is the deathmatch spawn being set to default spawn points. I tried to upload srcds_assert_20081104132919_1.mdmp but the file is 9.05mb.

I had that problem before, install an older version of CSSDM and sourcemod, and that should fix it, and if you are using the vdf loader for metamod, use the gaminfo.txt, if you are using the gameinfo, use the vdf.
