Yea, i got my files at the first public dir. My url is sv_downloadurl "http://mysite.com/"

so everything should be in the correct folders, if your maps are in /czero/maps/ then on your fast dl ther should be folders for /czero/maps/

and if they have gfx, models, sounds, etc then you need those also, im guessing you already new that but maybe something got messed up in trying to fix the problem. Also, im not big on linux servers so i dont know much about them. Is your fast dl going to 2 different servers? If so then dont make the second server ip and port a folder, just go straight into mysite.com/czero/maps/.

hope I could help in some way, and what size maps are you putting on? cause i put one map on which was huge and then i put it on fast dl and it was the exact same download time, or like 30 seconds quicker and wouldnt go any quicker besides that. but every one of the maps besides that are super fast because they are little maps.

ok well then replace the mysite with his real host then.... i think he gets the picture...

My all cs files are in public dir so there is no cstrike or czero, it's straight all files. And there is from 1 up to like 4 mbs size maps, it's zombie ones.

Have you tried downloading the files through an internet browser asin...

http://MYSITE.NET/maps/mapname.bsp

and then see if it will let you download it...
