public vote_count(id,key) is not working: player's votes are not registering.

depot, not sure why you're mentioning me, I have no control over what zor works on. My plugin works fine though. I never asked my request be given any priority, I was just looking for some help and zor was nice enough to reply. Seems to me the guy's doing everything he can, especially considering his paycheck.

I've just had to go round the entire plugin adding return PLUGIN_HANDLED to stop everyone from being able to use it....

No offense sir, I just feel he's got to get the plugin fully functional before any perks. This is a GREAT plugin and has a lot of potential.

you do return PLUGIN_HANDLED when you want the plugin to stop, or end.
