Ok so amx_super flag is D which is also ban. I was wondering if I am able to change it to another flag letter, and if so, how?

well if you got amxx 1.80 there should be a file called cmdaccses.ini in your configs folder and you can change permissions to every command there

Theirs about 50 commands, not just 1. So it depends on what command it is. Like janitor was saying, you can do it thru amxx or recompile. You can read the FAQ for more info
