Hey hey, I have a great idea here.

It whould be nice if you were able to change the bh_lights setting to be different on different maps.
And I was thinking about text files in the maps folder,
So lets say you have a very dark map, that becomes to dark with the original settings on the server.
then you just have to make a text file named abit after the map, like this mapname_bhlights,
And after that add the letter inside it.

So if I were to make a zm map,
Then I could easily just make a text file to it and inlcude it in the map download,
So that other servers get the settings I whould want to have for the maps I created.

(Am making a map now btw ^^ , that I think gets to dark with the orginal bh_lights setting,)

Of course they will be able to change the setting if they prefer it to be darker or lighter.

Well thats just my suggestion.

I like fog like that the best:

ebale 1
density 12
color 64 64 64

and about zombie classes

do a durable_zombie
more hp than default, but slower

So why can't you just include a mapname.cfg file in configs/maps folder with bh_lights cvar? Works for me.

it was just some examples ... but if you want to test, here are the modified files.

ok .. its not very well coded and there are warnings and bugs, can crash your server ... : if you are scared, dont use these files!!!

you must use the modified biohazard.sma (based on 1.95) and replace bio_knockback by bio_knockback2

Seems like the Quote option doesn't work for me.

Anyway I didn't know you could do that, thanks for telling me

But you see, I don't really have a server.
I just want to be able to change the bh_lights command for other servers on maps I created.
Because the map am making now becomes to dark with the original (d) setting,
and I guess that most of the servers have (d) because its default.

And I can't simple change the lights entity's in my map to be brighter,
Because then it will become to bright if the server dosen't use the biohazard mod at all.


Oh wait, now I see, I can just include a .cfg for my map(s) in the download like this:

maps/mapname.bsp
addons/amxmodx/configs/maps/mapname.cfg

Am not going to edit my post just because I figured it out while I was writing,
Because english is hard for me, so it takes a while for me to figure out how I am going to write, and I like the way i explained the first thing lol.

Anyway thanks again for telling me that
