Just got a tf2 server would like some help

Hi can anybody with a lot of sourcemod knowledge help me out ? I just got a server and if you can help me get it going I can give you admin on my server

I have it installed but I dont know how to turn on quake sounds and I have some questions about other things

If you had installed the MM and SM you only need to ad the plugins to SM.
For example you need quake sounds.
You download from here the quakesound.zip pacage.

And make the instalation as the author wrote.
Restart the server and now you will have quake sound on.

I installed it but its not working properly can some1 help me on aim or something?

Do you use Zblock or the server cvar: sv_prue ?
If yes you need to ad a whtie list to enable custom content.
