How do i modify these ban reasons like "Other" "Abusive" in the admin menu?

I want to translate them, and maybe add new ones.

AFAIK it's not configurable right now. You can edit ~/scripting/basebans/ban.sp around line 114 to change/add options. The first quoted section is what they will be banned for, and the second is what appears on the menu.
