I've just setup a surfserver and if 1 player is in a team the rest can't join any team. When i unload amxx then u can join a team.

It's probably being caused by a 3rd party plugin. Disable each plugin one by one until it works and you'll know which one.

The only 3rd party plugin ive got is uSurf.

Then that may very well be the reason. Try disabling it.
