Do like this:
Install "sv_downloadurl" on your Game Server (downloadurl.amxx and downloadurl.sma)
Download an Upload Folder on this WebSite: Http File Server
Install the HFS and open it:
[IMG]http://img255.**************/img255/2743/semttulouv7.png[/IMG]

Now, at your Server's console you have to put this commands:
sv_downloadurl "http://YOURWEBSITENAME/Cstrike"
sv_allowdownload 1
sv_allowupload 1
And now you have your Fast Download

PS: The folder name must be the same name has the Server's folders.
And The HTTP File Server must be on! If you turned it off, it won't work!

Let's see, in my post, you can see my WebSite which is my IP address, so don't write nothing on there!!

Example: My website is this: http://81.84.19.219:81/ (YOU DON'T CHANGE THIS ADDRESS ON HFS)

Now, I have to write this command on my server:

sv_downloadurl "http://81.84.19.219:81/cstrike" (cstrike is the folder where is: models, maps, sprites, sound, overviews and gfx)
sv_allowdownload 1
sv_allowupload 1

If you are only admin in your server do like this:

amx_rcon sv_downloadurl "http://81.84.19.219:81/Cstrike"
amx_rcon sv_allowdownload 1
amx_rcon sv_allowupload 1
