it's probably removed do to how buggy it was plus there is a new version that will be released. Hopefully soon now that an RC version of .20 has been released.

It works for you because it got put back up. It was taken down because it was .rar file, but I guess admins saw or complaints/questions and put it back?

EDIT: I downloaded it and uploaded it to server and get this error that others got on forums page like 2 and 3.

couldn't exec addons/amx/plugins/chicken/chicken.cfg

Though I checked the sma and it says

server_cmd("exec addons/amxx/configs/chicken.cfg")
and
loadcfg("addons/amxx/configs/chicken.cfg")
