Is there any possibility to check Windows processes? I mean to check cheat programs that are executed and shown as processes in task manager? May be if it is possible in any way, we can catch most of the cheaters by checking for standart cheat names such as Hashhack, CD Hack, BadBoy and so on...

u cant procecces ar not a part of counter-strike and not a part u can use with amx modx

What about precaching some files (modules) on client that can do something like that? May be this is not part of AMX MOD X but can we simply write a library (or module) that scans windows processes, then force precaching of it from server to client and then send results to server using this module? It is something like client-server anticheat but without boring manual installations of client-part...

No, you can't send stuff like that.
Plus, VAC would be like "NO U". Which is why Cheating Death doesn't work.

no u cant The makers of amxx has block that so u cant damage clients computers by shutting down the explorer task

and on mac or linux i wont work
