Well SHSource is failing to load, and you have gambit loaded twice..

First I'd try taking out one of those gambit files, you probably have one in plugins/ and plugins/superhero/

Here is the simplest way I can put it for installation.

Download the release zip.
Extract those 5 folders to cstrike/addons/sourcemod

Then you're done.
