I have a popular server wich mainly come due the high amount of admins. Players that have offensive language will be kicked and after 3 kick they will be permanent banned. Due the server is 24/7 protected by admins there are ever day kicked some language abusers and complete banning these players for offensive language from the servers is somewhat to hard but after 3 times there will be for sure a fourth and a fifth and more times.

Now i was wondering if some scripters here could make a plugin with a nice in-game menu where every layer can start a vote to block players there say and say_team commands for ever (also on there next connect on the server). Maybe this van be done just as the banned.cfg works. Every player that then connect will be compared to the blockedsaycommandlist.cfg and if the steamID is in the list his say and say_team commands will be blocked.

When the player is blocked form his say commands and use his say commands he get everytime a hud message that he is not allowed to use his say commands anymore due abuse and can go to a "link" to request for use again. For example when the player is 3 times added to the list you can reject his requests and can never use his say commands again.

This would be a friendly way to elimenate language abusers without banning then from the server. I do not know if there is already maded such kind of a plugin or requested but it would be terrific is someone could make it.

There are already several swearing filter plugins, so lets further promote the censoring of language in VIOLENT video games. Apparently admins also have the authority to act as parents and the word "fuck" is worse than desensitation to violence. How brilliant game admins are these days.

Mainly my request is that none of the current plugins can gag permanent and mostly we get offensive language when a admin notice a player on the server rules or a player is beter as the other then people start to abuse with there say commands. The plugin in the start post should be availeble for all players and working by voting.

Censoring plugins only work for 10 or 20 procent to stop the offensive language. I am realy looking for a plugin subscribed as in the first post and even willing to pay for it because this will fix alot of problems on my servers.

Going a wee bit off-topic... but I felt I should share this.

I once had a guy on my server who claimed to be a parent who let their 9 year old son play video games. When I asked him if he was serious and pointed out that's pretty horrible parenting, he proceeded to state he only lets his kid play on the "good servers where swearing isn't allowed".

Sorry about that. Just something I remembered.

Command:
amx_vote_gag <nick, authid, or #userid>
(this brings up a menu asking for permanent or temporary gag, then a vote shows for everyone)

Cvars:
vote_gag_website "http://www.your-site-here.com" -- website to be ungagged
vote_gag_time "30" -- minutes to be temporary gagged
vote_gag_votetime "60" -- seconds to be able to choose yes/no

Gagged File:
addons/amxmodx/configs/gagged.cfg (holds steamids of gagged users)

Awesome! this plugin works correctly as it should be! I noticed some small things that can be improved and will tell it here later when i tested the plugin even more. This plugin can be the best gag plugin from AMXX because all players on the server can use it and permanent gagging is possible now! I like to give some more ideas wich can make the plugin even greater if you're are interested in changing/improving the plugin. Thanks again to make and share this plugin for free i really appreciate it and if i can mean or do something for you just notify me.
