Post a full list of features you want.

Ie:

sm_t <player> - swaps player to t
sm_ct <player> - swaps player to ct
sm_swapteams - swaps everyone

sm_spec - sends a player to spectator

also allow it to handle groups of players based on part of name.

swapteams would be nice as an option for endmap.
