name of plugin?

Whats the name of the plugin that makes the smoke grenade freeze the person in place and it makes a blue light around the person. I've seen it in all hide-n-seek servers and I have one but idk whats the name of this plugin.

One more thing, in hide-n-seek servers they have a vote in the beginning of the map and stuff on hwo to start the game. Can you tell me the name of the plugins best for hide-n-seek? thanks

This is not an AMX Mod X issue and thus your thread is inappropriate for this board. When looking for a plugin, the "Suggestions/Requests" board is what you need.
