Hmm...... I like the idea but i wouldnt like it for ppl i dont know to play on my server Dming...Although ppl i do know wouldnt dm and would RP....

Why do you think i need plugins for, buddy ?

One of the plugins i need are so that terrorists can't kill each other or somewhere along that line, because Terrorists killing Soldiers = Perfectly fine.

I still need people to code for me or at least teach me how to code these plugins.

You realize that doesn't make sense right? The point of a terrorist isn't to attack military personnel, it is to terrorize/terrify a specific group of citizens (based on race, religion, nationality, etc.) usually for ideological purposes.

If you don't know how to script at all then look at the AMXX Wiki, otherwise go through similar mods (i.e. the BF2 mod) and see how they did things.
